2009 was yet another fun year in the cellar. The fermentation of the Zin was longer than expected with a maceration time of 21 days. I really wanted to extract as much color and flavor as possible. In doing this the 2009 vintage should again be a bold wine with rich flavors of berry, jam and some spice
